The first data-driven marketing breakfasts are a success for Campaign

The first two events of Bertelsmann Campaign’s new Data-Driven Marketing Roadshow series were held on 16 and 23 November 2016 at the Frankfurt am Main and Berlin sites. With a multitude of participants and fascinating presentations, the premiere was a complete success for Campaign.

Successful first Data-Driven Marketing Breakfasts by Campaign

Together with its partner companies Apteco, Bitplaces, Esome, Optivo and SmartFocus, attendees were given interesting insights into the topic of data-driven marketing and presented with new approaches in digital, personalised one-to-one communication.

The roadshow series kicked off at “The Squaire” conference centre at Frankfurt Airport. After a keynote presentation by Daniel Augsten, CEO of Campaign, on customer centricity, Florian von Bracht, Pre-Sales Consultant with technology provider Apteco, demonstrated how to orchestrate integrated, cross-channel customer communication using one tool. Manuel König, Chief Strategy Officer at esome advertising technologies GmbH, illustrated how to take a targeted approach to social media networks with the existing CRM data companies already have.

At the Bertelsmann offices in Berlin, Dr Behrend Freese, CEO of Bitplaces, continued the event series with exciting insights into mobile marketing. Claudius Gramse, Business Development Manager for Enterprise Solutions at SmartFocus, showed off to event attendees personalised multi-channel customer approaches using practical examples from the retail sector.

Both events were concluded with a topical presentation on the current challenges faced in data-driven marketing by Christian Saliger, Senior Consultant at Campaign. Consistently positive feedback is contributing to ever-growing anticipation about continuing the event series.
