That is why we offer extensive development opportunities and measures to improve employees’ health, and have established a profit-sharing model to show our special appreciation for our employees’ everyday work.

Because of this, we regularly participate in social projects within Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, such as the annual “Weihnachten im Schuhkarton” (“Christmas in a Shoebox”) donation campaign.
